‘Terrible tragedy’: At least five killed in Md. newsroom shooting


hey there’s been a terrible tragedy here in Amarillo County there was an active shooter incident it was around 3 p.m. when a gunman opened fire here at the Capital Gazette building in Annapolis Maryland police responded with an n the number for several people were hit by gunfire the entered the building with a shotgun and he looked for his victims as he walked through the lower level we have 5 confirm fatals and to injuries this person was prepared today to come in this person was prepared to shoot people his intent was to cause harm can we saw some people getting out till we walked up onto the grass and then the officers with the AR-15 came out and we’re standing there and they said no you need to get down you need to get down so that’s when we knew that something very serious was going on how to see if you know everybody coming out on a stretcher and stuff and then no families were pulling up and know how they upset crying and Capitol the paper’s editor give me the but shared his feelings on Twitter saying devastated and heartbroken numb please stop asking for information or interviews I’m in no position to speak just know ad-cap gas news reporters editor’s give all they have every day there are no 40 hour weeks no big paydays just a passion for telling stories from our community
